SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

www.kihums.com is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speed post.

 HOW THE DELIVERY CHARGE IS CALCULATED FOR MULTIPLE UNITS?

The shipping charge for each product is calculated individually based on its weight. When you order multiple products, our system automatically adds up the total shipping charges by combining the weights of all the items in your cart.

The final delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

Our prices are all inclusive of GST.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Processing Time: All domestic orders are processed within 2-3 working days.

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 5–10 working days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout and clearly mentioned before payment.

  • Delivery Partners: We partner with trusted courier services to ensure reliable and timely deliveries.

International Shipping

  • Processing Time: All international orders are processed within 3–5 working days.

  • Delivery Time: International orders may take 15–25 working days for delivery, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

  • Shipping Charges: International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Customs & Duties: Import duties, taxes, and other customs charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied once the package reaches your country.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet the above delivery timelines, unforeseen delays (due to weather, customs, strikes, etc.) may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
