Kapok Pillow- Khadi Cotton Shell & 100% Organic Kapok Filling

One of the most comfortable and certainly the healthiest pillow. It is filled with naturally organic, highest quality Kapok- a plant fibre that is free of toxins, hypoallergenic, mould and bug resistant, and highly breathable.

Our Fluffy Cozy Kapok Silk cotton pillows are organic, filled with 100% natural Semal (Kapok/Silk Cotton). The silky soft pillow provides multiple therapeutic effects that are the ultimate sleep aid and devoid of harmful chemicals and chemical odour. It is similar to the feel of down, but with much more support and firmness. These pillows give the spine the gentle support it needs for optimal health & wellness,  and provide a comfortable resting place to the head ensuring a rejuvenating sleep.

 The kapok from our Kapok Pillow is sustainably harvested in India. Kapok comes from the pod of the Kapok tree. When the pods are opened an ultra-silky fiber is inside, ideal for pillows that mimic the feel of premium down. It is odorless, chemical-free, and hypoallergenic. The outside fabric cover is certified 100% pure organic khadi cotton, no synthetic blends.

 Kapok fiber is very light, buoyant, and water-resistant. It is known as silk-cotton because it feels similar to down but is naturally hypo-allergenic. Harvesting the fiber from the Kapok Tree is labor-intensive but well worth the soft and fluffy comfort it provides in our pillows. Slightly overstuffed and includes a zipper for easy customization.

 This product is to be spot cleaned and air dried only. Kapok has a natural tendency to revert back into its tight pod-shape density. Fluff by hand to maintain buoyancy and softness. 

CAUTION: Kapok fibers are easily airborne. When adjusting the fine fibers. We recommend covering your eyes and nose so the fibers won’t cause irritation on contact. DO NOT MACHINE WASH AND DRY.
